Upside-down, compact, portable, and super fast 3D printer - Positron V3 has it all. A compact 3D printer that packs into a filament spool box, so you can take it anywhere you want. This design is looking at a 3D printer less like a stationary machine, but more like a powerful tool in a maker/inventor's tool kit. The printer deploys and folds up in less than 90 seconds, fits easily inside a bag, and prints at 200+mm/s.

@regularfry's Notes on This Repository Specifically

If you're trying to build the v3 as originally designed, there are some issues you'll run into with the upstream repository: some instructions and files you'll find useful aren't recorded there.

This repository exists to collate community-driven improvements to the instructions that Kralyn and the PositronV3 team haven't yet had time to officially incorporate. It will never change the original design: there are plenty of people doing excellent work on that elsewhere, and over time I may signpost some of those upgrades if they can act as drop-ins with a minimal blast radius.

The purpose of this fork is to ensure that if you are aiming to build exactly the v3 as seen above, you run into as few speedbumps as possible along the way, and you should have as few choices to make as possible to get yourself a working printer.

If you're building a v3 and run into a problem, please see CONTRIBUTING.md.

To see what's been added here over and above the upstream, please see CHANGELOG.md.
