I can't see a difference between Nema 17 holder M3 v3.pdf and Nema 17 holder M3 v4.pdf.
We shouldn't need both.
There's a wider question as to whether multiple versions of anything should exist: I'd argue that they shouldn't, but there might be good reasons for them that I don't yet know about.
