Do we need two custom Z axis thumbscrews? #5

There are two Z axis thumbscrews in the https://github.com/regularfry/PositronV3/tree/main/CAD%20%20files/Custom%20Metal%20Parts directory that aren't quite identical. Hard to tell why we might need both, but also not clear if either is the "right one".

Slightly odd history, but it looks like they're the same after all and FreeCAD is just rendering them slightly oddly. This and this make it clear they both come from the same original file, and it's just a renaming mistake. I'll delete one.
