ReplayBlock contains the list of transactions and transaction receipts for a specific block.
It would be useful to add in the constructor a check that ensures:
[ ] No missing transactions
[ ] No foreign transactions (i.e. there aren't transactions from other blocks)
[ ] Correct match between transaction and transaction receipt.
