8ball command responses rework #181

The responses of the 8ball command aren't standard 8ball responses, and don't suit the yes or no question context that magic 8-balls are intended for.

I suggest we change the responses to match the 20 standard responses from the original magic 8-ball, found at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_8-Ball.
