Draft program

@DamienIrving and @BillMills to finalise a first draft of the program prior to MozFest (Oct 24-26, 2014), so that Fiona and Bill can discuss at MozFest.

@BillMills Do you want to create a file called schedule.md (or something like that) in this repo and have a first go at a draft schedule? I image it will look fairly similar to what you have planned for Norwich at this point.

For this first go, I think you can assume the following:

• 40 participants (of which 35 or so are interested in becoming Software Carpentry instructors, and the remaining 5 interested in NLTK / datacarpentry, 3D printing / computer aided design, etc)
• I think we'll get one of the Collaborative Learning Spaces at the University of Melbourne. They look like this and/or this (i.e. lots of islands of tables). If you think a different style of learning space would work better, please let me know.
