Added logos and updated links #4

@BillMills Apologies if this PR has any bugs. I don't think it does, but I don't have everything installed on my machine to preview the pages locally. (Perhaps in the README we need to explain to people how to do this?)

Basically I just added a bunch of ResBaz logos, switched the twitter account from ResPlat to ResBaz, added the email address and youtube channel and removed Google + and facebook (because we don't really use those). I would have liked to add the gitter room to "AROUND THE WEB" but there isn't a font awesome icon for it yet.

README: sure, can do - it's a base jekyll install, with a jekyll serve to launch - can you please open an issue on this to remind me to fix it!

Gitter: I would link this under font awesome's comments icon - send a PR or open an issue plz.
