Error: Unbound module JsPreliminary

Due to .cmi files being automatically cleaned up as intermediary compilation results, but .cmx are listed explicitly. To avoid further hacks, rewrite to include all jsref sources in .depend? Note need to handle bisect maybe more cleanly.
