I guess there are 3 options:
Proxy per channel, but that would lead to a lot of settings. For example: each BBC channel will need to have it's proxy configured separately.
Proxy per language: probably OK for Dutch, but there are also channels without languages and many channels that have a English language. So that might not work.
A fixed number of proxies (10 or so) that you link to channels. Problem is that they will appear as Proxy 1, Proxy 2,.....Proxy 10 (this is an XBMC limitation), which makes linking harder.
If there are other suggestions, please feel free to let me know.

Hi,
I did receive your email. I will do some testing this coming Tuesday. We
are on holiday here in Belgium this weekend.

I am using XOT-Uzg.v3 v3.3.7 on Raspbmc (raspberry pi). I would like to test these changes as well, if possible. Would it be straightforward to have a solution where the user could choose between
(1) a single proxy specified for all channels, or
(2) a proxy for each channel.
Or alternatively, have a "default" proxy, but allow a channel to override the default with an individual one.

There is a proxy setting added for BBC channels. Could you also add a proxy setting for all Dutch channels? Most of them need an IP from Holland to work.
I run:
XMBC 12.0
Windows 7
XOT-UZG 3.3.3
