Their site is online again.
Yle is spoofable! Use yle.fi's IP: 91.229.138.46.
The correct webpage directly to Yle Fem and their Play site is http://svenska.yle.fi/yle-fem.
This maybe has to be considered in naming and structuring, especially if there will be a section of Finnish channels in XOT in the future: That site is part of Arenan (Swedish)/Areena (Finnish), which is Yle's main Play site. Yle is to Finland what SVT is to Sweden. There are two "entrance domains" depending on language - http://arenan.yle.fi/tv (Swedish) and http://areena.yle.fi/tv (Finnish).
There seems to be some difference in the listings of programs depending on which domain you use. I checked some programmes on the Finnish site which doesn't seem to be listed on the Swedish. Those programmes could be seen with Swedish subtitles. Maybe the Swedish domain only lists programmes with spoken Swedish? I'm a bit confused here.

Yes. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yle.webtv&hl=sv. Easier to use its API?

Alright.
I tested the national TV Play sites of the other Nordic countries and posted the result to the Kodi.XOT-thread: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=25522&pid=1958164#pid1958164

Also note that the app is bilingual. If you want the Swedish content you have to set the app to Swedish. or Finnish if you want the Finnish content. It would be good if this could be handled in a good way in retrospect so that you can filter out things in the wrong language

@bas That was exactly what I was going to say would be the best solution, because I'm thinking a filter function would be something more complicated to add. (I'm surprised no Finns or Danes have gotten here yet to push for all of Yle's and DR's content to be added.)

Apparently Yle has a public API http://developer.yle.fi/index.en.html

Here's a plugin implemented using the API:
https://github.com/hirsivaja/plugin.video.areena
So if you are going to implement Yle Fem other Yle channels will work as well.

@basrieter Here´s the thread about that plugin and plugins for other Finnish channels: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=144457&pid=2341012 I suggested in the thread to cooperate with you to add them to Retrospect. Hope it will help!

Not for me, but I'm in Sweden and maybe I did something wrong when creating the API.
EDIT: I would greatly appreciate if Yle could be added to Retrospect. Maybe your workaround to trick SVT on spoofing also works on Yle? Hopefully there's some Finnish people who can tell if the add-on works.
Should this not be labeled "channel"? cc @Snaah @teepean

Adding Yle Fem (mean Five), the Finnish national channel in Swedish, would be cool. The main webpage is http://svenska.yle.fi/, but it is being updated right now so I can't refer to the listing of programmes. There's both a live stream of the channel (as well as the Yle channels in Finnish) and a Play channel. I'll update the post when the site goes live again.
