Add Swedish Parliament's "Play Channel" #646

Would be great if the "play channel" of Riksdagen, the Swedish parliament, could be added to Retrospect. The clips are listed on this search link : http://www.riksdagen.se/sv/global/sok/?q=&avd=webbtv

To the right of every item there's a list of speakers. Each speaker's name links to where in the clip he/she speaks. That would also be cool to have in Retrospect, but is overcourse. :)

so i would guess alot of info on how to access the streams is available at https://github.com/spaam/svtplay-dl

i havent used it for this objective myself but i though it was worth noting down here..

that like one time a year it might be worth watching something there it would be nice to have retrospect do it instead of the browser..
