Clean task #20

I noticed that the default build taks would not pick up my new or updated stylesheets. This was remedied by deleting the contents of build/iphone directory. Could you guys add a clean task to the Rakefile template?

Thank you for the patch. There's a lot going on over the refactor branch. We should have your patch there.
