[Arbimon Legacy] Table `templates`, remove `uri` column

We can remove uri column since it is a combination from other columns

template_id	project_id	uri
160	1200	project_1200/templates/160.png

uri is a combination of template_id and project_id

Expect

• Get project_id and template_id then combine to uri
• Replace the usage of current uri into above string
