📝 Summary

Sort files by file priority order: always show error files at the top of the screen
Change state in file model from String to Integer for easy query order

Error files ALWAYS show up top. In the previous version, you need to keep scrolling down to load data then scroll up to see error files at the top

Note: it might make thing easier if you review and merge #127 before review this PR
