App should get file duration (if needed) after app suspend

Background

• 5k files are stuck in the queue (without any file duration)
• The app doesn't do anything (stop uploading, not showing any error)
• Click pause and start upload again, nothing happen

Technical detail

The logic to get file duration in the app right now is only to get it after adding the files. There are potential that when you add a lot of files at once, the app can't get a duration of all the files in time before the app goes to sleep.
