Unable to upload files with Tier 1 recordings filename (6 digit date format)

Describe the bug User cannot upload files with 6 digit date format with the app.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open uploader app
2. Import file with 6 digit date format
3. Select auto-detect filename format
4. Select custom filename format: year,month,date (cannot apply) Note: I renamed file to 20220403 and aaaaaa.

Expected behavior User can upload file with 6 digit format

Found some info from Slack -- I think 6 digit date is something like 220403
