Auto-select sites for the recordings from SongMeter that deployed with RFCx Companion

• read the filename or metadata to detect the SongMeter x Companion deployment_id
• call api to get deployment info and suggest uploading to the site that the deployment attached to

Happy path

• The app should automatically suggest the site that attaches to the deployment of the recording

  Fail paths

  The app shows an error message, but the user can still manual selected

• Non-project member / No permission: the app shows "You don't have permission..."
• Deployment not found/removed: the app shows "Deployment not found"
• No deployment/Files didn't deploy with Companion: the app shows: "Suggestion: use RFCx Companion to deploy next time..."
