Description
User cannot upload files using Uploader app. She reinstalled the app and it did not work.
Background: She tried uploaded files with another computer it worked. Then she used her computer, it files did not upload, so she uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still did not work. All the files previously uploaded still show on the app.
