Investigate mismatch upload issue #197

User uploaded files with device configuration from Uploader app and the timestamp mismatch, so user had to upload by select site timezone instead. I need to investigate this issue.

The timestamps are good. User does not understand why the time between recorded time and filename different. The recordings were configured with UTC that is why. The 3 hours mismatch is from the site timezone is UTC+3.
