Uploader - duplicate error from uploaded recordings #228

I'm experiencing an issue while using the Uploader App to add recordings to my project. The App is throwing at least one error per site saying that recordings 'Duplicate.' This is very unlikely to be the case as the batch of recordings i'm uploading have never been uploaded to Arbimon previously, there is at least one in error in every site (up to ~20 / 2350 recordings per site), and there is no evidence of duplicates in the files on my hard drive. I've included a screenshot showing the error in the App and the single instance of the recording on the hard drive, along with the log files. It seems like the files might be making it into Arbimon despite the error ('Screenshot 2024-06-19 at 9.50.02?AM' shows one of the same files with the error that's in 'Screenshot 2024-06-19 at 9.10.52?AM'), however i'm not certain.

This issue seems like what happened to me here that ingest service got the same file uploaded 2 times. My upload was completed checking from the project that I got all recordings in the site I uploaded to.
