Improve comparison UI on Spotlight page #1006

Remove All taxon in the filter box and remove "or taxonomies" text in description.

Issue description: In the Spotlight page on, you can't compare different taxa even thought the interface says you can? Seems like an issue with all projects as I've checked the WeForest & PR projects and see the same issue.

Steps to reproduce: Go to spotlight page on insights and try to compare taxa

Expected result: Being able to pick species

Actual result: No taxa option comes up in comparison screen

The comparison UI is confusing user that user can select taxon in the comparison. On Spotlight page, we will only see 1 specie which is selectable below the filter. We will remove "All taxon" that is currently showing in the comparison box. User should not be able to select the specie again in the comparison.
