[x] Project owner should always be at the top
[x] List of members should display in alphabetical order
[x] When user clicks changing role, it should highlight the role user is hovering on

I cannot change user role to data entry on Member page.

[x] Add member button on disable state doesn't look good. It looks like the button is on top of the search box. Can we fix it, so the search box and add button does not look overlapped?
[x] Profile image don't show up
