Show only species detected site on the map of spotlight #1558

Expected Behavior

Spotlight: It should show the sites (dots) only with detections on the map

Actual Behavior

Are you sure on this requirement? We used to show the black dot for sites that haven't got any species detection in the previous version.

Reason was: it showed the distribution of sites that has detections per all studied sites.

Do we want to change the direction?

Following the convo in that thread

  1. Zhenya did fixed the original problem earlier by changing the blue to black dot for not-present site. ✅

  2. Marconi reviewed and say that looks correct except the blue should be in front of black dot. ❌

@rassokhina-e is fixing point 2) today as she mentioned in DS and I think we close this task.
