[x] Guest, Data entry and User role can open and view the results on validation page
[x] Guest, Data entry and User role cannot validate the results on validation page. These user roles cannot see checkbox when hover over the spectrogram.
[x] Expert, Admin and Project owner can validate the results on validation page
