0 recording uploaded is not showing up on overview metric #1961

Context

I created a new project. When I opened the project on overview page, all metrics should be 0. Instead, recordings uploaded is not showing any number (just blank). We need to show 0.

Expected results

[ ] When the project has no data, all metrics should show as 0 on overview page
[ ] Text in all metrics align
