Project backup should not be user-specific, if anyone in the project requests a backup, that download link should show up for all admins (people with access to project backups)
The every-7-days should be on a project basis, NOT on an user basis
Example: if there is already 1 project backup request in the project from user A, then other project members (that have permission) should not be able to request until reach to 7 days. They still can download from the link that already been done.
