Bug - Project show empty data when change page between Richness and Spotlight page

Describe the bug

• When already on Richness page for BCI panama project and change to Puerto rico project, it incorrectly showed no data.
• When already on Spotlight page for BCI project and change to Puerto rico project, it incorrectly showed the black dots instead of blue dots on map.

If I'm on the richness page and I switch projects between say BCI-Panama and Puerto Rico Island wide... the page gets stuck on no data and never loads the data of the new project. It only will load the data if I refresh the entire page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open bio reports on BCI panama project
2. Select Richness/Spotlight tab
3. Change project to Puerto rico project

Expected behavior The page should show correct data from Puerto rico project.
