Bio: Spotlight page active nav bar disappear after selected #891

Description When select Spotlight nav bar, the green line disappeared.

Step to reproduce

  1. Open https://bio.rfcx.org/bci-panama-2018
  2. Select Spotlight

Expected behavior The green line (active) is on all the time when Spotlight page is selected.
