A game of flin v1.0
dialogue
[x] talk to npc
[x] if you don’t have a deck, exit
[x] set a wager
[x] store npc location and exit
[x] Buy decks: check Publican class is correct
[x] Running game check on npc
setup
[x] now wait until a deck has been placed and activated (= special take action with claim for perfect placement compat)
[x] if I leave a sphere around npc, forfeit game with warning (double sphere)
