soul gem gambling design

• chose a filled gem in your inventory
• if you win (tier T gem, soul S)
  • if S < max -> T, SMAX
  • if S = max -> T+1, S0
  • if T = max -> ?
• if you lose
  • you lose the gem

Maybe add HP/MP gambling

• win: get a constant HP bonus, lose: damage HP
• same for Magicka
• also drains?
