After all crawlers run, these cases referenced in sheets are not in the index #27

W: case for 'http://www.oft.gov.uk/OFTwork/competition-act-and-cartels/ca98/decisions/arriva' not in index - from the public register, which we don't have a crawler for. Will need manual attention W: case for 'http://www.oft.gov.uk/OFTwork/competition-act-and-cartels/ca98/closure/leisure-goods-2' not in index - 404s in TNA, so probably a problem with the spreadsheet. Will need manual attention

W: case for 'http://www.oft.gov.uk/OFTwork/mergers/Mergers_Cases/2009/Essilor' not in index - Casing issue - TNA is not case-sensitive, and there were two cases ending /Essilor and /essilor - the last one to be crawled "won", and TNA has effectively lost this case. Will need manual attention. W: case for 'http://www.oft.gov.uk/OFTwork/mergers/Mergers_Cases/2009/Jsainsbury' not in index - Casing issue resulting in lost data, as above for Essilor. Will need manual attention. The markets-work URLs should go away after #16. The others will need to be investigated on a case-by-case basis if time available. What's left should be alerted to T&T users.

Removed markets work URLs apropos of closing #16.
