[ ] repack with --rsyncable
[ ] rename files because of new hashes
[ ] correct hashes and names in repomd.xml
[ ] log the progress of script
[ ] test this locally -> copy changed files into /var/cache/dnf/updates-#hash/ and run dnf --disablerepo=\* --enablerepo=updates --releasever=23 command

Download and store also updateinfo.xml.xz and comps-f23.xml.xz but do not process them by rsyncable and zsyncmake.
