When using the --inferred_source_exclude flag in cdna-detector detect I found that it defaults to retrocopy and therefore retrocopy is automatically suppressed in merge_region.tsv. In your Python script, the default is defined as retrocopy, though the tutorial defines it as null value. Would it be possible to change it to null value?
