Feature/jenkins s2i updates

closes #165 and some other stuff i didn't raise issues for. basic things covered in this are

• plugins.txt update and reorder to make sure they can be diff properly in future
  • Add build fail analyser
  • add groovy jenkins creds configure
  • updates to script approvals

@springdo - the reality is that I cannot support this in the appropriate time frame. if you can not get any other takers from the team, I support you self merging (not just this PR, but in general) under the following criteria:

• a PR is opened
• the CI job is run (and extended if need be)
• the CI job passes and we are confident in the results (it's good, but not perfect. false positives and negatives are known to happen)
• tags are made at appropriate places so there are stable releases for teams to consume

On the basis that CI works and is passing, the changes here are minimal and I will mergé myself. CI initially failed; i fixed an things are now working. Merging.
