A few of our local slaves have been moved to https://github.com/redhat-cop/containers-quickstarts/tree/master/jenkins-slaves already but are now duplicated in /docker. I think these should be moved and a README.md added inside that folder pointing to where they are and an example of how to use it in the openshift-applier

[ ] Remove tool-box
[ ] Create README.md with instructions, examples and links
