There have been a number of times when we deploy labs-ci-cd where once the system is available, we get empty links for pipelines between the openshift console and the jenkins UI. This appears to happen because the href in the openshift console is left empty, but this has happened intermittently so we're unsure of what has been causing it.
Currently the resolution has been to just redeploy labs-ci-cd -- but it feels like this may be worth taking a closer look at. We wanted to create this issue for reference and also in case someone has some extra cycles to take a look.
