I have been working intermittently on an OpenShift OAuth plugin for SonarQube

It is based on the Google OAuth plugin I wrote for SonarQube several years ago.

Hopefully, I can dedicate some time to complete it and then add it to the Labs CI/CD configuration.

Actually, my work on the OAuth plugin has been superseded by the work @mcanoy has done here and should be in a working state now.

Should this PR be accepted https://github.com/redhat-cop/openshift-templates/pull/71 then we should delete the sonarqube build and rely on the new template which pulls an ocp sonarqube image from quay.io/rht-labs
