Checked code over and things look good to me. Also checked that it runs after a clean checkout and the output looks correct, so from my side, it looks good to merge

If there are not more comments today I will merge.

I will then quickly add Run 3 MC datasets and a minor change to IsoTrack array length that causes a crash in Run 3 MC.
