Self explanatory. But don't merge until some discussion of what to do with M_120 and M_130 signal samples in R3 (couldn't find published cross sections at these values!)

Code look good to me; I also tried running some test picos and didn't see any issues, so it seems good to merge from my end.

The code also looks good to me. I think this looks good to merge and will do so in a few if there are no more comments.
