[frontend] Fix and improve Indirect UI

• Fix 'rotation' field in indirect matrix menu
• Add a 'Simple' Indirect Stage menu to remove unnecessary confusion for users

This looks good to me. Can you run the auto-formatter on StageSurface.cpp before I merge? It's CTRL + K + CTRL + D in Visual Studio.
