Saxon/C 1.1.2 maintenance Release is out #23

We are pleased to announce that Saxon/C 1.1.2 maintenance release is out. Released on the 21 February 2019.

This is a bug fixing release.

linux and osx built right out of the box!

I'll work with the windows release and see if it stands up. Thank you so much @ond1
