Create german translations #6

Currently there are now translations available for the new modul. We need at least german translations. Translations should be created by invoking the usual python setup.py extract_messages|update_catalog|compile_catalog

Thefore the setup.py and setup.cfg might be needed to be updated. Look in other extension or even the ringo core for modifications regarding the translation e.g invoking formbars message extractor.
