When following the instructions for getting started, I noticed some issue:

brew install mkdocs-material
==> Downloading https://formulae.brew.sh/api/cask.jws.json

Warning: No available formula with the name "mkdocs-material".
==> Searching for similarly named formulae and casks...
Error: No formulae or casks found for mkdocs-material.

So I replaced the installation process with using python (added instructions on installing python/pip and using venv.

Able to start server with updates.
