Some clean-up of split assemblies

For type forwarding assembly has to have the same name as it was with types, fixed legacy package name. Build outputed all dependencies and dependencies of dependencies, disabled that so the output it would be cleaner

Build action failed, because it couldn't update version. The project itself is compiling just fine
