Create custom categories for data types #26

The current data type categories don't exactly fit the needs of a disaster management-centric platform. We should create a more relevant category list and assign default color styles (border, fill hex values) for each.

Not possible to adjust the categories b/c they're hard coded into the GeoNode. Colors are probably impossible and we should forget about them.

Let's look into this post-launch. @jj0hns0n would appreciate your thoughts.
