When you click Download Layer --> GeoJSON it opens the data as a GeoJSON file in your browser window instead of actually downloading the layer. The user has to manually save the webpage as a GeoJSON or copy-paste to a document and save there.
This is annoying and unnecessary. The button should automatically create and download a GeoJSON to the user's default downloads folder instead.
