Pronunciation of Lima #112

Used an aws voice last night and heard Lima pronounced "lime-ah". Not sure if this can be controlled from within datis, but I recall a similar issue with "wind" so maybe there is a fix?

Should be easy to fix. We can tell AWS how to pronounce it using the International Phonetic Alphabet. I'll look into it 👍
