Detect the new ZK mex customparam #129

metal_extraction_mult is a multiplier so perhaps in the future there could also be some logic to pick the "best" mex type if multiple are available.

For now, just detect it as a valid mex.

Would you like to re-make PR against proper branch https://github.com/rlcevg/CircuitAI/tree/zk or may i just import those changes in zk? master branch is "deprecated".
