Summary: recompile AI. But first i'll check what's possible to do with #36 and #38

Please don't do that first, I want to update the engine.

I can't reproduce on linux - old AI works with latest engine. Poor windows. Still recompiling...

Did you recompile using the latest spring? Your PR did not fix it.

I was unable to reproduce it in 1v1, 103.0.1-877-g9eb8948_win32, old 0.9.15 or new 0.9.15.a on windows7.

Mantis' infolog says Word Size: 32-bit (emulated) But tries to load 64-bit circuit that's a fail.
