Bug fix for Issue #17 #19

Fixed issue with hotloader starting many websocket servers even on files not using the extensions passed through the initializer.

@rmosolgo Any update on this? Has been quite some time since this has been opened...? Still having the issue, and it is quite annyoing and time consuming
